 NEOLAIT® guarantees a total traceability of all its products: :
 Suppliers listing : all raw materials and packaging parts are purchased from registered suppliers with whom we are familiar, and whose quality structure we follow.
We only use raw materials once they have been subjected to thorough sampling check and have received a seal of approval from the laboratory.
Total control over product traceability is owed to :
- Systematic bar code identification of all incoming raw materials.
- Computerised recording of the use of all raw materials.
- Recording of all manufactured batch on a production report - the analysis results of each batch are transferred to a computerised index.
- Computerised record of all products that leave our factories, only once they have passed the laboratory control check.
- Billing of each sale to the client on an invoice printed by the representative on his laptop: these records increment directly the client's file with the product.
