 THE WORKFORCE :
Today, NEOLAIT® is the largest progress force available to French livestock farmers.
Most NEOLAIT workers have been with the company for an average of 12 years. This, added to the fact that most of them are in their late thirties, early forties, is the living proof of their know-how, of their reliability and their commitment both to the company and to the breeders.
They all share the same passion: the agricultural milieu and human contacts.
SALES FORCE :
- 16 area managers
- 219 commercial technicians
- 17 sales and marketing managers
- 7 commercial attaches
The above-mentioned are in permanent contact with the farmers and with the breeders, whom they provide with :
services, advice , breeding problem studies, food ration calculations, synopsis of results.
The sales and marketing people carry out the delivery of goods by
mobile shops.
TRAINING :
From the first to the last day of their career with NEOLAIT®, the employees receive a continuous and most up-to-date training in highly specialised fields.
